And your rant regarding a well known (like for years), longstanding item with iOS devices is adding value, exactly how?

And people who whine and gnash their teeth incessantly regarding issues that they had full disclosure on for a long period of time, and yet still chose to purchase the product, full well knowing the features, benefits, and use cases supported by the product, annoy me.

Wow... a bit full of your own self importance. Does this thread appear to you to be predominately focused on peoples "dislike" of the their i-Pad, you know the thread called "Going all Ipad?"

You bought the thing knowing full well it doesn't support Flash. YOU BOUGHT IT. You shot yourself in the foot. The irony of that seems to completely escape you...

Actually, as an engineer, there is some Linux software that I like, Microsoft doesn't allow me to run that on Windows. Additionally, there is some Mac software that I like too, Microsoft doesn't allow me to run that either.

Actually, it's not even moderately unbelievable. In fact, it's quite believable. All products and services have their puts and takes, we all decide what are non-negotiables for us in making purchasing decisions. Clearly, at this point, the vast majority of tablet purchasers seem to be fine not having Flash supported on the i-Pad.

If Flash support was a non-negotiable for you, then well, you should NOT have purchased the product.

Yea, ok, well how about you go sell your i-Pad 2 (which, by the way, you'll likely sell for close to what you paid for it, but again, I suspect that irony will be completely lost on you). With the money you gain from that sale, you can saunter down to your local Costco and pick one of those fantastic Motorola Xooms, heck grab a couple, there were plenty left last time I was there.
