True - you do not HAVE to take a refund. You can refuse the refund and get nothing.
Product description errors happen all the time. Again, refer back to my Amazon.com example. You would not be able to successfully sue me for the ounce of gold that was mistakenly put in the description. If this was the case, companies would be going out of business left and right due to litigation over typos.
This is about the 1000th thread with "lawsuit" threats and explanations of contract laws.
Guess how many successful lawsuits came of them in the end? NONE.
Because it's all hot air, and people thinking they "deserve" compensation due to an obvious error, and then talking about lawsuits but never really doing anything.
If someone is really adamant about their litigation and contract law knowledge, prove it by starting litigation. No one will.
This guy must be working for Verizon or Car or AA. They are offering 83,000 miles to them if they discourage us to not do anything.
