I've noticed that whenever my travel agent books my SK tickets (a ticket that states Special Apex Fare) and I try using optiontown, the price for an upgrade is significantly higher, Y is at aroung 270 dollars and C is sometimes at 600.

The fare usually isn't that much more expensive than the one I can book myself on sas.com, so I really don't get it.

Any ideas?
