But you have a case here - when did you receive the email to say that you will be accepted for Silver membership? I'd take all the written proof and get there ...unfortunately The Club's office is at CLK. And speak to a manager or someone ...and preferbly one who speaks proper English. ie all the top managers ARE English! I think you might have better luck there.
