Another good thing is that if you have Citi Forward which earns 5x on dining, the points get pooled together and Forward is returning 6.65%.

Seriously, if you need to buy air tickets often, the 25% discount on point redemption for flights is a good feature - making the earning rate when flight points are matched, to 2.67% per each $ spent on the card.

The ticket redeemed would earn you miles as it is revenue ticket.
