What are the best uses of the Thank You points other than airline travel bookings? I am tired of waiting for that AA/BA/Singapore transfer. Any ideas to get more than 1 cent per point?

No. Unless you want to wait for the airline transfers, or a short term special, the only way to achieve more than $0.01 per point is to redeem for travel through their booking engine which returns $0.0133.
