I will hence write a letter praising his professionalism. I had written a review on Trip Advisor and Yelp last year (we were staying in the same hotel and were as happy as we are this time around) and sent him the link (he was mentioned by his first name in the review) which he shared during a meeting. I think he also appreciated that.
