Changing reservation online not possible

Hi,

I am trying to change an award reservation online.
Whenever, for the last 48 hrs, I select the requested date and hit confirm I get the error message:
Error
Unfortunately our systems are not responding, so we are unable to process your request at the moment.
We apologise for this inconvenience and suggest you try again later.
Anyone else having this problem or might this be a specific problem with my booking?
