1K and Premier Executive both get 100% bonus on all UA segments - about 15,000 miles or those of half the itin. Fax UA 3 flyer statements by August 15 in your name of any or no activity and you get 9000 STATUS miles as well added to this.

ONE 'sweet spot' each way will upgrade it all btw if LH has same day availability and for a SEN or 1K chances of that are pretty good I imagine.
