We are considering signing up for optiontown for CPH-IAD for a family travel. I was wondering whether this even works with a lap child? We have another child, 3 years old too which will have to pay full price - but what about the lap child? Will it be free, full price, impossible?
I checked the terms and conditions in optiontown, and they say that they _may_ not be able to recognise the lap child as such and hence make you agree on the TOC that they _could_ charge as full passenger for the upgrade price.

Does anybody have any experience on how this is typically handled in practise? Any reply would be highly appreciated - thanks in advance!!
