A. Minimum 3 stopovers required and maximum 5 stopovers permitted.
B. No more than 28 sectors permitted in an entire journey including for any subsequent re-routed journey."
Can someone help explain what it means to say min 3 stopovers and maximum 5 stopovers. Then the rules say max 28 sectors. I am confused.
