The Singapore Changi Airport Crowne Plaza breakfast buffet was astonishing for its "getting" both European and
Singaporean (southern Chinese, Malay and southern Indian) breakfast dishes. Superb quality (apparently croissants get mysteriously spongy in North America!), and cheerful staff at dark o'clock. A reason to choose that hotel again!
