Good but not great
Just completed a 3 day stay, and all I can say is good but not great.
Every hotel is made or not by its staff, and 80% of these staff are great. 20% however are not even good, which left a bitter taste.
Lounge - good - nearly as good as some conrads.
WiFi - now works in rooms (at least on level 12 anyway).
Concierge and general baggage / other staff , many not at all good, for example insisted they take my bags, then dumped them in the middle of the reception area and disapeared (lucky I saw where they were). Also on departure asked me if i want a taxi, i said yes, then disapeared, so no taxi !
Anyway, hotel is good, location is good, if they can fix the rest then it could be great.
