I did so and I was shocked that BA office asked me for a 7% commission to issue the ticket claiming that it is handled by an general sales agent for BA not BA owned office All travel agents asked to add that commission too it is like an agreement they have between each other.

Is there a way to issue the ticket from another BA office like the toll free number in the USA or CANADA and avoid paying the silly 7% commission to the agent that makes the fare uncompetitive ?
Any Canadian Travel Agent can issue the ticket for the Saudi Arabian price so this shouldn't be too difficult.
