EK have ridiculously cheap C & F Fares.

This would be a real boon. I don't fly with EK because I find most destinations (in Asia & Africa) end up being 7 Hours flying, 3 Stopping over at DXB and another 7 hours.
When the direct flight is 10 hours, it doesn't seem attractive. Then again a £2000 F RT to SYD would yield over 82000 LH status miles
