No, it's not, that is Nexus. GE privileges now can extend to use the Nexus machine if you get the card (may cost 15 bucks depending on when you got into the GE program). As GE, I have used the line for expedited access to an immigration officer, but it's not clearly permitted.
Note this is only for entry to the US ... GE in no way gives you expedited access to Canada, application via Nexus complete with interviews is required for that.
