No clue -- but if you wanted to try to grab any of them I'd suggest calling into Chase to see if they'll manually take the app (also if you can get to the ICC which deals with this that might be your best bet.)

That said, the best deal out there right now IMHO is the CO PresPlus card but without a clear idea of what it'll evolve into with the merged UA it's hard to say if one should apply now or wait.

Honestly I don't think it's that bad. If you really want a pre-UA card call into Chase and just ask to apply manually for it.
