Sounds like you've got some exploring to do (seriously) in HK. Just depends on your interests. Let us know (here or in the HK section). There is much more to HK than business/harbor views/shopping.
I'm also a big fan of Macau (I'm not a gambler). The lovely parts of the old town, portuguese architecture, the food, cleaner air, slower pace of life etc.. Lovely stuff.
