No shuttle to the main station. It's more of a hotel in the center of a small town than an airport hotel actually.
You can of course take bus 631 from the train station to Krankenhaus (the same ticket from the airport is valid; Marriott is just besides the hospital) but as I said walking seems easier and faster for me. And you cant get lost as long as you keep the same general direction.
Thanks again I will ask when I get to Freising when the next 631 will leave, if only say 5 mins I will wait otherwise it will be nice to walk. Probably will walk it anyway in the morning, just wanted to know about the shuttle if any (not) in case the weather is bad or I was running late
