i think it would be neat for airplanes to serve oatmeal with dried fruits, nuts and the option of brown sugar. It would be a great snack on morning flights. Another option is Granola with dried fruit and nuts or Muesli. This could be a great way to start the day and the airlines could give it complimentary or at a reduced cost as Quaker could get into a deal with the airlines.
