Still waiting... 27 days & counting. Have received plenty of mail but only one thing from out of province so far.

Will this have an impact on the 20,000 points promotion? I know that runs out on July 31st, but I'm not sure which date counts for that. The date I applied? The date I was approved? Or the date I activate the card? Thereafter I have 3 months to spend $1000... that can go past the end of July, right?
