If I understand it right:

ABR, BJI, ESC, HIB, PLN, CIU, SUX and ALO are transitioning to CRJ service as they pursue EAS payments from the government.

BRD, FOD, INL, IMT, MCW and PIR will be dropped altogether. However Great Lakes Aviation is going to provide service as a EAS replacement and they will be handled by the Delta subsidiary that currently does the Delta Connection flights. They are also going to award SkyMiles credit for those flights.

APN, DVL, JMS, TVF, ATY, PIB and TUP have not been picked up by Great Lakes and Delta has an obligation to serve them until either the contract is up (unsure when) or a replacement carrier is found.
