You can also redeem your IT miles for flights operated by AF, AY, BA, DL, EK, KL or QR. And that is before IT becomes a full member of the Oneworld alliance.

You cannot currently credit IT flights to an AA account, but sooner or later that is going to be a possibility as IT moves closer to becoming a full member of Oneworld. IT crediting to CO (and UA in effect) is currently possible. I expect that IT relationship will eventually bite the dust along with some other IT partnerships.
