Interesting question. The property is very small so they know who everyone is. There are no bills and nothing to sign until you leave. You decide when you want to eat...you just show up and they have a uniquely-set table ready for you. Same goes for activities...you leave when you feel like leaving. Its very much about how you feel in the moment. If there is a problem, you don't hear about it. They just fix it. Its very custom. Very "in the moment". It kind of felt like Twin Farms in that regard.
