The place right now seems to be very far from perfection and therefore I hope they will bring it to standart (Park Hyatt standards) asap.
Totally agree. Things have to improve not only to justify bearing the Park Hyatt name but also to justify the kind of price this place is asking. I hope to see improvement soon.
