This was a summer rate, per room, 2 people.
Rate came from Amex Centurion service, so basically everyone at Amex should be able to offer that rate. In September there is the IMF meeting in Dubai, so this will bring rates up, and after Oct it is a little colder so the high peak seasons starts.
In August they were booked 50%, I am sure after October this picture changes.
