E-Ticket Keeps Getting Better - Receipts Now E-mailed. Customers have a new delivery option for their E-Ticket itinerary and receipt. Formerly mailed, faxed or picked up at the airport, these documents can now be e-mailed instantly to any e-mail address. While the e-mail is considered a legal travel document in Canada, customers travelling to the US and other international destinations will also be required to provide a paper copy - mail, fax or airport pick-up. This improvement is part of a larger product called Instant E-Ticket that also allows Reservation agents to debit a customer's credit card and issue the ET while they are still on the phone! The next phase will enable agents to make pricing changes and issue refunds.
