Maybe its just me, but I don't choose an airline on the basis of its food, even in Business Class. I get far better food from my local takeaway joints than any airline has been able to deliver at altitude. Meals on planes are sustenance, not a social experience.
That is an opinion rather than a fact; I think that there are many people who expect more of a service than an economy meal experience.

Time is of the essence in Business Class. Finish the meal service quickly so I can work or sleep or whatever else I need to do.
On a 7-15 hour flight I would disagree that time is of the essence
