No doubt the EK apologists would have a different take on this.
Well, I guess they found that business class passengers value being able to finish their meal in half the time over having a wider choice in breads and dessert.
On a recent flight, I was too full after the main course and asked if I could have cheese and dessert after a couple of hours. No problem - asked them for it after a quick nap and they plated it for me, got me new cutlery, tablecloth etc. and did the service.
