i just called and asked if it could be 'ticket/reservation specific'. the answer was no as he, the agent, was able to change my seats which he did. still very strange. route is africa, to europe, to us. he did say that the kl website is only internet explorer tested.. but it hs always worked fine. curious if my ip address is causing this..
