I'd try calling Hyatt Gold Passport again, as One King/Two Double is the lowest category listed on the website. Tell them the nights are available on the website and should therefore be available as award redemptions. If you still get pushback, PM the Gold Passport Concierge here on FT for confirmation. They helped me open up a night at the GH Kauai last summer in a similar situation. Garden View was available under "Aloha Rate" but not "Hyatt.com Daily Rate". Once they made it available under "Hyatt.com Daily Rate" I could use the website to reserve my award.
