Well got my first true grilling on US Airways for a FRA-PIT-IND 11-28-02 flight at 1155a.

Two ladies - the 'boss' of the two tried the old repeat questions later to make sure I would answer them again with the same response.

She gave me hassles for not having a printed itinerary - I said that is because it is an e-ticket and I thought it was paperless.

Anyway the 'new' US Airway employee got the unlucky task of digging through my heavily overpacked backpack (big one) and smaller backpack.
