Vicoprofen is not the same as codeine and Ibuprofen. Vicoprofen contains Hydrocodone not codeine. Hydrocodone is a semi synthetic opioid and stronger than codeine. They both contain Ibuprofen. Do a little research before you answer questions wrong, especially about pain medications.
