Should be no problem. If the SFO-PHL flight is (very) late and you miss the 4:20, there are 2 later flights - 1 on US and 1 on LH. If the connection fails and US doesn't do an auto re-schedule (they very likely will), when you arrive in PHL be pro-active, go to a US agent in Terminal A-West and request to be put on 1 of the 2 later flights.
