While maybe someone does not care what children see or don't see (for full disclosure I usually cringe when children come into the AA AC or the F cabin), the airline does have some responsibilty of insuring an environment that is at least suitable for children. Second, I agree this guy is emotionally unstable and therefore might present a danger in the air. I'm not sure if this guy is gay or not, it really does not matter in this case, but sadly as a gay man I constantly see middle aged and older gay men exhibiting unapproriate behavior constantly in public but that is another subject for another time. And the same goes for some heterosexual men as well.
