I think that is exactly the point. From what I've read here, there isn't much difference between the explicitness of what Mr. Saggy-Pants was wearing as he walked down the aisle, and the explicitness of what Mr. Drag Queen wore. Yet the GA picked a fight with Mr. Saggy-Pants, and apparently no GA chose to pick a fight with Mr. Drag Queen.
What's different about these cases? Maybe race was a factor. Maybe age was a factor (both from the passenger and GA perspective; we've had scantily-dressed drag queens a lot longer than we've had hip-hop saggy pants). Or maybe something else is going on which we don't have any information about (quite likely, perhaps).
But trying to figure out what is different between these cases is ... interesting.
