since the points are actually coming from JPM while you can contact Mr. Marriott's office who will be able to asisst you you might be better off contacting Mr. Dimon's to minimize the delay as MI will need to reach out to JPM (IME Jamie's team is just as good as MI's - just like MI JPM's executive team does personally answer emails including Jamie)
