What is the best avenue to take to contact and get credited missing elite nights? I had 39,090 base points credited to my account from credit card spend on the 5th of this month. With this, I should have been given 13 elite nights (based on every 3,000 points equals 1 elite night), however I was only given 10.

I emailed the Marriott Concierge from these boards and while she admitted that they are missing, she was going to investigate for me and let me know.the outcome. I have sent two follow up emails and still no response.

I have never had luck the standard customer service route, and with this issue it is no different.

I can not contact them through twitter as they will not add me so I can direct message them.

What is left for options? has anyone had this happen before? Thanks a lot.
