I'm actually kinda hoping it stays there and I have to call them a few more times. I need some more e-certs...
Update: the $75 fee has moved from the "pending" section on my CC to 'completed'. I just got off the fone with the 1K desk, and they asserted that they can't see the fee and have no record of it. They told me to go to
www.united.com/refund and
request a refund.

Honestly. Charge an erroneous fee, not have any record of it, and then ask the customer to fix the problem? Losers.
