kcblakely, we indeed have an error on united.com where we’re charging the Close-in Ticketing Fee when it’s not applicable. I'm sorry that you and others have been inconvenienced by this. We are working through a process to automatically refund the fee in the cases. I’ve outlined a bit more detail in my post on in the
Award Fee Changes thread.
