Does the 21 day close-in-time "booking" fee apply to changes to existing reservations ticketed before June 15. I am a 1P, and am thinking about making a routing and perhaps carrier change to an award reservation within 21 days from now. I know I will pay the $75 fee for the routing change, but am not sure if I have to also pay a $25 fee because the change is being made within 21 days of the flight because it is not a new "booking."
