I believe the correct nomenclature is Terminal "F" - the Commuter Terminal. "F'ed" doesn't appear to be a valid use of the suffix "ed" with the single letter "F". Maybe you mean that the op could be FED in Terminal "F".

Op, there is a frequent shuttle bus that runs from Gates C16 and A1 to F10.
CLT flights can arrive at Terminal B,C or A, depending on their next routing. BGR flights always leave from Terminal F. If you arrive at "A", suggest take the shuttle bus from A1. If your arrival is at "B", either take the shuttle from A1 or from C16. If a "C" arrival either take the shuttle from C16, or walk to "F" - about 15 minutes from farthest "C" to farthest "F" (with no luggage). If the CLT flight arrives near on time, 45 minutes should not be a problem.
