AirTran issues a drink kit for each plane flight. It's opened and money plus vouchers must equal the total for the drinks missing. Otherwise it's noted on the flight crew's record (no action is taken). If there's a pattern of one flight crew member coming up short again and again regardless of teams / flights, then they have a chat with HR.
