I think you gave the wrong information. It's not worth trying to figure this out until you check in because you are staying at the hotel whether or not you earn points. Marriott awards points to the account which pays the bill. If, as I suspect, your folio will be transfered to a master bill and that master bill paid by your company, than points will be awarded (or not) to the # provided by your travel planner. It is also possible that your company negotiated a discount which does not include points.
If this is the case and depending on how your company works, you may also have a folio for incidentals such as mini bar, room service and other things charged to your room. If you pay those yourself, you can earn points for those things only.
Lastly, ask your travel planner what they negotiated with Marriott. If the deal does not include points, this entire discussion is not worth having and will only cause your delays at the hotel and irate travel planners on the home front.
