Menu and photos from my recent COPA trip. In general, I think COPA is a very good airline and their service is excellent. They do a good job with keeping you comfortable for flying such long distance routes on small planes. Both of my flights were on aircraft with the new Boeing Sky Interior - this was nice and the first time I really liked a 737!

LAX - PTY Business Class (2am departure)
Amenity kit provided with socks, eye mask, toothpaste, toothbrush, and chap stick.
Large pillow and blanket provided on every seat.

LATE NIGHT SNACK
Cold Cuts platter - cheese, meats, and grapes served with roasted nuts

BREAKFAST
TO START
Seasonal fresh fruits accompanied with cereal (granola) and fruit yogurt

MAIN COURSES
Green Onions Omelet accompanied with a Creole sauce, potato wedges and grilled ham
OR
Pancakes accompanied with maple syrup

PTY - GRU Economy
Pillows and blankets provided on every seat.

LUNCH
Pasta with Ham in a cheese sauce
OR
Beef with potatoes and vegetables
Both served with Cabbage salad with italian dressing and Oreo Cookies

ARRIVAL SNACK
Warm Chicken or Beef Sandwich served with pretzels
