I will definitely need to give Amanjena a try (I'd worried that it might be tired and dated, but it certainly does not sound as if that's the case). And I'm relieved that you had a good experience at Dar Ahlam; with the right expectations regarding the rustic nature of the tents in the dunes, it can be a really magical experience, particularly all those dinners in and around the kasbah.
