I've seen far worse lounges that BA use than the one in PRG. There was a report a few weeks ago on the one in BOD which is considerably worse than that in PRG. So I don't think it's reasonable to ask for miles or vouchers.
Remember also it says in the t&c's of BAEC membership that lounges are "subject to availability".
