A couple weeks ago, I flew DL17 from ATL-LAX with my GM wife and we did not get upgraded T-3, were split at the gate, and I missed the upgrade by 2 or 3 (according to the GIDS). The strange thing is that Delta.com seems to think I sat up front. The account activity shows "Class Paid/Flown: T/X"
Any insight into what happened? I doubt this is compensation worthy, but I've never seen this issue before and am just wondering if anyone has an explanation.
You'll have to forgive me if this has been covered on an earlier post, but I did a quick search and couldn't find it.
