They claimed some kid of bias, but it is clear, F has poorer quality gate agents than the B/C terminals.
Two different companies working ground operations here. Mainline US is on A/B/C in PHL and B/C/D in CLT. Piedmont is on F in PHL and E in CLT.
I will say I have always had great service by Piedmont employees. I have some complex employee reservations and the F agents are the only ones that have been able to do them. The CLT mainline employees that I have come in contact with hate express so you can imagine how my experience with those agents have been.
