Flying Copa again in September out of JFK. Lets see if they are consistant.
Wow! That's a lot of food... I'll let you all know what you get on the 2am departure from LAX after I fly on Saturday morning! I hope we get a 3 course dinner and pre-arrival breakfast! I've flown this route before in Y and we got a cookie/drink service after take off, and then a full hot breakfast (omlet or french toast) prior to landing in PTY.

As an aside, I noticed that most of the people sitting near me from Latin America me tended to choose the French toast option, while the US travelers sitting near me tended to choose the omlet option.
